ADP Workforce Now vs Paylocity at 300 EE — what actually matters in the eval?

Asked by AJ · 6h ago · 1 views · 0 answers

We've narrowed to ADP WFN and Paylocity for a 300-EE multi-state (4 states) replacement of a legacy provider. Demos look similar; reps both promise everything.

For people who actually live with one or both day-to-day, what are the real differentiators I should weight heavily in the decision matrix? Particularly interested in benefits admin depth, reporting flexibility, and what the implementation experience was actually like 90 days in.
