Construction / prevailing wage — which payroll platforms actually handle Davis-Bacon cleanly?

We're a 180-EE general contractor doing federally-funded jobs. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage applies to ~60% of our hours. Currently doing certified payroll (WH-347) manually in a spreadsheet — it's a nightmare.

For construction operators: what payroll platforms actually generate compliant WH-347s from time data without massive workarounds? I keep hearing Foundation, Procore, Viewpoint — but what about generalist platforms like ADP or Paychex? Anyone making it work?
