OSHA 300 logs + workers' comp — should this live in your HCM or your insurance broker's portal?
We've historically tracked OSHA 300 / 300A in our broker's WC portal. Our new HCM has a "workplace safety" module that does the same thing.
For anyone running this dual-system: is there value in consolidating into the HCM, or does the broker portal stay more useful because it ties directly to claims and MOD-rate? Anyone successfully migrated and seen better OSHA reporting clarity?
