Workday for 250 EE — overkill or correctly-sized?
We're a 250-EE professional services firm evaluating Workday. The TCO is significantly higher than mid-market alternatives (Rippling, BambooHR, Paylocity) but reps are confident we'll "grow into it."
For anyone running Workday at the 200-500 EE band: is it actually delivering value at that size, or are you paying for capabilities you don't use? What's the realistic 3-year cost including services + ongoing config?
